Saturday: Spanish Wine Tasting 1-4 PM & Live Music 8-11 PM

This Saturday, Tomball kicks off one of it's first Fall festivals - The Bugs, Brew & Barbeque! Conveniently located just across the street from The Empty Glass, the festival is going to include a live entertainment, aVolkswagen Beetle car show, beers from across the great state and Texas-style BBQ! Once you've checked out the festival (going on from 9a.m.-6p.m.), the entertainment and fun continue at The Empty Glass, with wine tastings & a party on the patio!
Come let Kevin & Alyssa ,representatives from Bodega Beleluin Winery, fill up your empty glasses this Saturday with exclusive Spanish wines you won't find anywhere else! Located in the La Rioja region of Spain, the Bodega boutique, family winery is just starting to enter the U.S. market, and has chosen The Empty Glass one of its first establishments to pour their wines! From 1-4 p.m. we will be doing tastings 3 of the Amadeo line wines for $5. To start you off, you will taste the '11 Viura, a crisp, refreshing white, that is "well balanced, delicate, fresh and fruity." Next, sample the '11 Tempranillo, made from one of Spain's finest grapes. This ruby red wine has aromatic flavors of berry, plum with a touch of spice. And finally, taste their signature wine, the Crianza! A Tempranillo-blend, the Crianza produces a bold flavor with elegance and richness. So come on out and be one of the first people in the entire country to taste these exceptional Spanish wines!

You'll want to come in early and claim your spot on our patio, to listen to singer/songwriter Cody Rhodes! Just down the road from Cypress, you won't want to miss this local country star!
