Fifteen years later in 2004 they started their winery business in Texas. At "Drink Wine--Dig a Well!" you can join the festivities in four fun-filled ways: 1) $20 for wine-tasting (when you purchase tickets early online), 2) bid on great bottles of wine, 3) bid on an original piece of art painted during the event by Rolando Diaz (rodiaz.com) who has exhibited both nationally and internationally, and 4) become a sponsor and help boost the possibilities to a whole 'nother level!
Put the date on your calendar and get your tickets now!  ($20 online and $25 at the door.)
("Drink Wine--Dig a Well" is brought to you by The Empty Glass and the Cucina Club, a small group of friends from a local church.)

Billy can do it all - from instrumentals to classical. Powerhouse vocals and guitar playing! He sings everything from America, The Beatles, Bob Seger, The Eagles to John Mayer and then some. It's a dynamic show with energy to spare so be sure to stop and see Billy perform and hear for yourself. It's fun right from the very first note!!!

Saturday, April 6:
2-5 PM -- Wine and Cheese Pairing! -- 4 wines paired with 4 cheeses for $10. We will be featuring some of our most popular cheeses:
Herbs de Humboldt - The fresh taste of a hand-mixed blend of Herbs de Provence balance simply, yet perfectly. Paired with Vino Pinot Grigio
Black River Blue - A classic American blue from the North Hendren Cheese Cooperative which has been making cheese for 80 years. The texture is slightly softer than butter - a nice creamy backdrop for the bright blue flavor. Paired with Seaglass Riesling.
Maple Leaf Smoked Gouda - This creamy Gouda is made with real smoky flavor from Hickory. Paired with Susana Balbo "Crios" Malbec.
Drunken Goat - Maybe it was another one of those farmhouse accidents: a little too much vine, a wheel of cheese rolls off the table into barrel, two days later somebody finds themselves decanting the first wheel of Cabra al Vino - literally "goat with wine". This semi-firm pasteurized goat is cured for 48-72 hours in Doble Pasta red wine, allowing the rind to absorb a lovely violet hue. Paired with Amadeo Tempranillo.
8-11 PM -- Austin Bradshaw LIVE! Come listen to this extremely talented and versatile performer as he plays a variety of music from country to alternative. Our favorites are his Dave Matthews renditions - unbelievable!

Sunday, April 7:
12-3 PM -- Sunday brunch featuring a full brunch menu and bottomless mimosas for $12. Then stay and enjoy Happy Hour ALL DAY including $5 select glasses of wine and $1 off all beers!
