Mounts Vineyards has been growing premium wine grapes for over 60 years in the Dry Creek Valley. Every block design brings together the unique orientation of hillside exposure, soil type, and depth. With each of these factors we determine our variety, the appropriate clone, and the most favorable root-stock. The careful planning and consideration that goes into developing our vineyards allows the vine to grow to its full potential for vine health and balanced canopy growth. From them, we achieve the greatest possible expression of fruit character, balance, and structure in all of our wines.

The next tasting brings us to one of the largest wineries in the great state of Texas! Woman owned, the award winning Cap Rock Winery is located on the Texas High Plains - a premier grape growing area.

Fall Creek Vineyards Tasting

Established in 1975, Fall Creek Vineyards are located 80 miles northwest of Austin, in the Texas Hill Country. The 20,000 sq. ft. winery is situated on 400 acres of unique soil and climatic conditions.

Holly Hicks with special guest Joe Blake
With a sound that has been compared to Taylor Swift, Miranda Lambert and Martina McBride, Holly Hicks is sure to please any crowd!
Holly Hicks is a Texas grown southern belle who has an extreme passion for singing and songwriting. Her love for music is evident throughout her songs with captivating vocal skills and her real depth for songwriting. She has that girl-next door likeability, daddy’s sweetheart and how Holly puts it “I’m just your Blue Jean kind of girl.”
7 p.m. - 11 p.m.
Shawn Jason Taylor & The Republic of Texas - Acoustic Performance
This crowd-pleasing band has several originals they'll be sharing with you this Saturday night, as well as unique-stylized covers from artists like CCR, Three Dog Night, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Black Crows, and Johnny Cash.
So no matter what time you choose to stop on in and fill up your empty glass, we have something happening every minute to help celebrate our opening!
